Replacement Product Enquiries

Where a replacement for an existing Howden product is required, please supply the list number and serial number or batch code. The format for the serial number is a letter followed by 4 numbers, e.g. D2918. The serial number may also be stamped onto the boss or flange of the heater. A batch code consists of 4 letters, e.g. RGWK. Please note that domestic products do not have serial numbers or batch codes. Also please state the kW loading, voltage, quantity required and required lead time.
