OD Flanged, Removable Core Element Immersion Heater

• Specifically designed to heat open topped tanks used in rinse or surface treatment processes.
• Elements are arranged horizontally to minimise the space taken up at the bottom of the tank and reduce the risk of entanglement with objects dipped into the tank.
• Elements can be replaced without draining the vessel minimising down time and maintenance costs.

• Range of loadings from 6kW to 24kW, three phase on a horizontal rectangular flange.
• Heater is supplied with a mechanical flange so no need for welding.
• Very low watts density elements at 1.5W/cm2.
• Robust IP65 terminal enclosure.
• All models are fitted with a control thermostat and over-temperature thermostat.
• Variations from the standard specification are available. Please contact our Sales department.
• Despatch – approximately 3 to 4  working weeks.

Note: if over 1m long it is important to support the element tube inside the vessel.
